Leadership Development Retreat is a 6-day premier summer camp that pairs tried-and-true leadership sessions with exciting outdoor adventure — all designed to help students to stand out among their peers.

For students going into 7th-12th grades.
Do you aspire to be the captain of your sports team, drum major, or club president? Or to get ahead on a successful high school experience? LDR can help!

LDR is an overnight leadership camp that will help students to find their leader within. In just six exciting, action-packed days, we provide students with leadership skills and experience they can use in their schools and in other situations demanding leadership of self and others. Campers are placed into small-group teams that live, cook, clean, and learn together all week

Each team is guided by a staff member experienced in outdoor camping and cooking and who has recently been in their shoes as a high school student.

June 27 - July 2 (Sports Week*)

*Any student can attend any week of LDR. However, if you have an interest in one of these specialty areas, our conversations will be more specific to leadership in those settings if those students attend together.
