Leadership is a vital part of the Scouting Program. Youth in positions of Leadership run the troop. The purpose of the Introduction to Leadership Skills for Troops (ILST) is to teach Scouts with leadership positions about their new roles, and the organizational and leadership skills needed to most effectively reach success in that role. Completion of ILST is a pre-requisite for Scouts to participate in the week-long leadership Training Course, National Youth Leadership Training (NYLT).  

• Lunch is included
• Minimum registration of 10 participants to hold the course
• This course is targeted towards youth in positions of leadership, and those that want to attend NYLT and need ILST as the pre-requisite.
