Section E13 would like to invite you to the Dazzling Mystery of Conclave 2023. Join Arrowmen from all across the section to have a blast and create lasting memories and friendships. Enjoy getting to ride on the Sizzler Zipline, compete in the lodge competitions, and even work together to solve the dazzling mystery of Conclave 2023. We cannot wait to see you there!  

Arrival Times:

All Attendees are asked to arrive Friday evening at staggered times based on the county they reside in:

Section and Support Lodge Staff - Starting at 1:00 PM May 19, 2023
Attendees - 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM Friday and 7:00 AM to 9:00 AM Saturday
*** No attendees are allowed on property prior to 6:00 PM Friday May 19, 2023. ***

Event Cost

Regular Price: $45.00 effective until 05/05/2023

Late Fee : $50.00 effective on 05/06/2023

Addtional Cabin Fee: $5.00 (All attendees will be able to tent camp for no additional fee)

Registration closes at 11:59pm on May 14, 2023

REFUND POLICY

A full refund will only be provided if the following happens:

The event is canceled by Section E-13 Leadership or the Lake Erie Council.

Otherwise, the standard refund policy applies:

Cancellation 14 or more days before the event results in a full refund less a $5 fee.

Cancellation 7 to 13 days before the event results in a full refund less a $10 fee.

Cancellation 6 days or less before the event results in no refund.
