S.T.E.A.M. Cub Scout Overnighter

November 13-14, 2021 at Beaumont Scout Reservation

Kick-off your Fall Scouting season right with an overnighter at Beaumont! Cub Scouts can attend camp with their parents and siblings and their Pack! Bring your tent–we're sleeping under the stars!

Please Note: A Pre-Screening/Health Assessment Must be completed before attending camp.

What Will We Do?

We will provide almost everything you need to participate in the programs best done at camp including (Scheduling for each with specific times):

• Archery
• BB Guns
• Slingshots
• Bottle Rockets
• Geo-caching
• Crafts - Sun Print Art
• Experiments
  • ​Elephant Toothpaste
• Bridge Building Competition
• Campfire Program
• Fishing
• Astronomy - Moon Phases
• and more!

Event Cost (Food is not included)
EARLY BIRD PRICE (ENDS ONE MONTH BEFORE THE EVENT)

• Youth: $25
• Adults: $15

REGULAR PRICE

• Youth: $30
• Adults: $20

LATE PRICE (STARTS TWO WEEKS BEFORE THE EVENT)

• Youth: $35
• Adults: $25

Registration closes one week before the event.

Weekend Schedule

Saturday
11:30pm: Check-in (Check-In Times will be assigned ahead of Arrival) / Campsite Setup
1:00pm: Program Begins (Schedules will be given at check-in)
5:00pm: Program Ends/Break Time
6:00pm: Dinner (On Your Own)
7:00pm: Program Time
8:00pm: Campfire at Your Site/Smore's Time

Sunday

8:00am: Breakfast (On Your Own)/Breakdown Campsite
10:00am: Camp Closed

What Should We Bring?

• BSA Health Form (Parts A&B) for each person
• Pre-Camp Screening Form
• Tent
• Sleeping Bag
• Sleeping Pad
• Headlamp
• Change of Clothes
• Camp Chair
• Water Bottle
• Small backpack
• Bug Spray
• Safety Glasses (You can bring your own or purchase it them during your registration.)
• An Old Sock (To Cut Off to make an Arm Cover.)
• Food (Foos is not provided.)
