The Lake Erie Council's Adult Leadership Development Conference is designed to provide resources and ideas to Cub Scout, Scouts BSA, and Venturing leaders. Whether you've been a leader for 3 days or 3 decades, this conference will help to make your life as a volunteer easier and your program stronger.
