Behind every Order of the Arrow function is the need for planning and leadership. Lodge Leadership Assembly (LLA) offers our lodge the chance for the Lodge Executive Committee to come together and plan for the Lodge year as well as provide trainings aimed at improving their leadership and teaching about the many facets of the Order.
