CUB HAUNTED FEES ELIGIBLE FOR "ACE" REIMBURSEMENT = Up to $35 per eligible attending youth

The state of Ohio's "ACE" (Afterschool Child Enrichment) Program will approve fees paid for DAY CAMP participation only. All weekend activities hosted by Lake Erie Council, Boy Scouts of America will only be approved for "DAY PASS" fees for youth attendees; for events not offering a Day Pass / Day Visitor option, a $15 overnight fee will be SUBTRACTED from the total cost for youth attendees before they will be approved through ACE, in keeping with Ohio Department of Education requirements.

EXAMPLE: Weekend event Fee of $40 per youth would only be reimbursable up to $25.
