Annual Pass

Must purchase before 11:59 pm on 14 April, 2023

The Annual Pass allows you to pre-pay your registration costs for all the 2023 Induction events and the 2024 Annual Banquet. The pass does not include the 2023 Banquet. You save money by locking in at the early bird rate and avoid any potential rate increases for the lodge year! Annual Pass codes will be sent to your email address once registration for each of the events opens for use when registering.

Annual Pass is $90 and does not include your 2023 dues.

The breakdown of events will be:

  • Spring Fellowship, May 05 - 07 2023, Firelands Scout Reservation, Wakeman Ohio- $20.00
  • Summer Ordeal Weekend, August 18-22 2023, Beaumont Scout Reservation, Rock Creek Ohio- $20.00
  • Fall Fellowship, September 22-24 2023, Firelands Scout Reservation, Wakeman Ohio- $20.00
  • 2024 Annual Banquet, Date and Location TBD - $30.00

** Does not include 2023 Winter Banquet - Dates and Locations subject to change**

Non attendance at events will not result in a refund of event fee or carryover to a 2024 event.

Each annual pass holder will need to still register for each event utilizing the unique code provided to them, but your registration cost will be reduced to $0 with your code.

As a reminder, the Order of the Arrow lodge flap you wear on your uniform indicates you are a "current" dues-paying member of Scouting's National Honor Society. The biggest reason to pay dues is to remain an active member of our Order. As an active member, you have the opportunity to become a Brotherhood or Vigil Honor member, attend events, help with Lodge service projects, run for Chapter or Lodge officer positions, and enjoy additional opportunities within the Lodge.

Your lodge also supports many other activities that are part of our mission to provide service to others. For instance, your dues are used to build and maintain ceremonial outfits, pay for camp improvements, and support other programs.

Thank you in advance for supporting your lodge and council!
