2020 Annual Meeting & Dinner

As a Chartered Organization Representative, you are a voting member of the Lake Erie Council. At its annual meeting, the Lake Erie Council will conduct the following business:

a. Receive annual reports of the executive board, officers and various council committees;
b. Elect members at large, advisory and honorary members of the executive board, officers (other than Scout Executive) and National Council representatives;
c. Receive and approve financial statements as of the close of the most recent fiscal year; and
d. Consider and approve resolutions as appropriate.

The aforementioned slates of members to be elected shall be proposed by the Council Nominating Committee, whose members were appointed by the Council President in 2019 they include:

Recommendations to the Nominating Committee can be made by active members of the Lake Erie Council, but must be submitted to the committee in writing at least 30 days prior to the annual meeting.

Registration closes at 11:59pm on February 11.
