The 2024 National Order of the Arrow Conference will be held from Monday, July 29, 2024, to Saturday, August 3, 2024, at The University of Colorado, Boulder Colorado. Tentatively we will leave from a central location (TBD) and travel as a contingent to The University of Colorado on Sunday, July 28, 2024.

We will depart the conference on Saturday, August 3, 2024, and will tentatively arrive home early morning Monday August 05, 2024.

The planned mode of travel at this time is by train and departure and return locations will be announced at a later date.

Participant Fees:

The current cost to attend NOAC is ESTIMATED at $1300 per person.

The fee includes:

National Conference Registration Fee including five nights housing at The University of Colorado, five full days of program and training, meals, program and support materials, registration materials, insurance, admission to the evening shows.

There is no limit to the 2024 NOAC contingent size. However, we are aiming to maintain a 1:1 Youth:Adult ratio.

Payment Schedule:

Deposit:                       $400 due upon registration (Non-Refundable)

First Payment:             $300 due by December 31, 2023

Second Payment:        $100 due by January 31, 2024

Third Payment:            $100 due by February 29, 2024

Fourth Payment:          $100 due by March 31, 2024

Fifth Payment:             $100 due by April 30, 2024

Sixth Payment:            $100 due by May 31, 2024

Final Payment:            All Remaining Balance due by June 30, 2024

Payment Due Dates listed on the Payment Schedule reflect the final date payment is required for each payment level.

All registrations made after payment schedule dates have passed will require full payment up to that payment point. For example, registrations after December 31, 2023, will require a payment of $700.00.
