The GTC Executive Board, Scouts BSA Camping, and Enterprise Risk Management committees have approved updated procedures for Summer Camp (and weekend camping) for the Manatoc Scout Reservation, Camp Stambaugh, and GTC units. Please click here to review the document.

Those of you whom are observant  will notice that your unit has been put back together in one site. We have more changes coming pending the final orders from ODH, SCHP, the Council Camping Committee, and Board. More to come soon! Looking good!

Summer Camp Registration Update 5-10-2021

The Leader Guide, and Program Guide have been updated. In addition, the merit badge schedule, and adult training schedule have been posted. All the links are to the right in the attachment box. The registration process for merit badges and adult trainings will be opened on 5/22 at 10am EDT.

Don't forget that 5/17 is the last day to make your full payment and receive the early bird discount. The discount is automatically applied for all youth paid in full by 5/17.

Remember if you have a provisional scout for week 3 please contact allen dot hoy at gtcbsa dot org to get the registration process started. We have room for your provisional camper.

MORE GOOD NEWS FROM SUMMIT COUNTY PUBLIC HEALTH! - We have been able to revise our merit badge instruction schedule (see the 5-3-2021 video below). The instruction schedule will be posted by 5/9/2021 and registrations in the system will begin 5/22 at 10am via your unit account.

Summer Camp Update 2-11-2021 (Unit Payments)

There have been several questions on the $50.00 per camper deposit and what the revised 2021 payment schedule is. Please review the following chart.

Parents please note this site can also be utilized for "Provisional Campers" (Campers attending without their unit, or attending a second or greater week at Camp Manatoc.) Please select the provisional camper registration type as you proceed thru the registration screens. (Weeks 3 and 5 only)
