Our Mission is Retention
We are retention Specialists.
A commissioner sees a unit's health and supports it. That's retention. That's our mission.
We spread ourselves across too many roles. We need to focus. What a commissioner can do is stand alongside the unit and see the pattern the unit can't see from inside. They see health from the outside and the misaligned fragments before they cause a unit to decline.
Commissioner impact equals Scouts who stay.
For more information, including directions, hotel accommodations, deans, program reciprocity, course listings, and all the details you need, visit our website at college.GTCscouting.org. It will have the latest information.
The College will not be held in conjunction with the University of Scouting, as it was last year.
This is for all Commissioners. Those who do not plan to pursue a degree this year should register for Continuing Education.
