The 2027 National Order of the Arrow Conference (NOAC) will be held from will take place July 26th - 31st at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Tentatively we will leave from a central location (TBD) and travel as a contingent to The University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign on Monday, July 26, 2027.

We will depart the conference on Saturday, August 1, 2027, and will tentatively arrive home the same day.

The planned mode of travel at this time is by bus and departure and return locations will be announced at a later date.

What can you expect at NOAC:
Arrowmen can expect only the best and most exciting activities, training sessions and shows. Attendees will meet their fellow
Arrowmen from around the country and have the opportunity to trade patches and collect patches from lodges around the country, make
new memories, and find lifelong friendships. Each day will begin with premier training sessions and close with an exciting show. Arrowmen
will have the freedom to choose their own journey and which activities they attend throughout the day.
 

Contingent Information:
Marnoc Lodge sends a contingent of youth and adult Arrowmen to each National Order of the Arrow Conference. These
delegates participate in a wide variety of programs, make connections with other Arrowmen from across the country, and have the
opportunity to participate in training sessions to bring value back to their home units, lodge, and council.  You will be able to choose your
classes and training through the NOAERS system after you register. We will post updates on registration and merchandise designs through
the coming months, so stay tuned!

Cost:

The current cost to attend NOAC is ESTIMATED at $1000 per person. This may be lower depending on donations and fundraisers.

National Conference Registration Fee including five nights housing at The University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, five full days of program and training, meals, program and support materials, registration materials, insurance, admission to the evening shows.

There is no limit to the 2027 NOAC contingent size. However, we are aiming to maintain a 3:1 Youth:Adult ratio, and need to reserve slots in October 2026. Our goal is 30 Arrowmen by October 1st.

Payment Schedule:

Deposit:                       $200 due upon registration (Non-Refundable)

First Payment:             $200 due by January 31, 2027

Second Payment:        $200 due by February 28, 2027

Third Payment:            $200 due by by March 31, 2027

Fourth Payment:          $200 due by April 26, 2027

Final Payment:            All Remaining Balance due by June 30, 2027

Payment Due Dates listed on the Payment Schedule reflect the final date payment is required for each payment level.

All registrations made after payment schedule dates have passed will require full payment up to that payment point. For example, registrations after January 31, 2027, will require a payment of $400.00.
