Den Chief Training

This training is designed for Den Chiefs and Den Leaders. A Den Chief is a Scouts BSA, Venturing, or Sea Scout youth who assists a Cub Scout Den. But the role is far more important than those words suggest.
Den Chief Training is designed to build on these ideas using a framework that will allow the new Den Chief, or perhaps the experienced Den Chief looking for new ideas, to have fun and learn the role.
This training is also intended for all adult leaders who recruit or work with Den Chiefs so that they may understand the role and how to make the best use of a Den Chief in their Den. Den Leaders, in particular, are encouraged to attend this training.
