{For Current, Past, & Transferred OA Members
who live in the former Greater Western Reserve Council Territory}
 
 
Regardless of what district you live in, Lodge membership dues will transfer once the Lodges Merge in May.  
 
Lodge Dues are for one (1) Calendar Year and Lodge Dues must be paid/current for a member to participate in any Lodge or Chapter Event.  Only dues paid members can wear the appropriate and current Lodge Flap on their Field uniform.  
Dues are officially to be paid from proceeding year's Sunday morning of the Fall Fellowship throughout the year and up to Saturday night of that year's Fall Fellowship.  
i.e.: Collection for the 1915 dues will officially begin the Sunday morning(12:01 AM) of the 1914 Fall Fellowship and continue through Saturday evening (11:59 PM) of the 1915 Fall Fellowship.  
All Lodge Dues are encourage to be paid before the Lodge Banquet of a particular year. 
Transfer members shall present appropriate documents or approval of the Lodge Executive Committee and pay the current year's dues to become active members of the Lodge.
Any person whose registration is maintained in the Greater Western Reserve Council while on active duty in the Armed Forces of the United States of America shall have his or her Lodge dues paid by the Lodge upon written notification by that person by October 31st of the year.  This notification must happen each year and be verified with the BSA/Greater Western Reserve Council registration.
