National Order of the Arrow Conference

Event Details

NOAC 2027 (Pa-Hin Lodge)

University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign

The National Order of the Arrow Conference (NOAC) is the largest gathering of 8,000+ Order of the Arrow members from across the country. Held every few years, NOAC brings Arrowmen together for a week of leadership development, fellowship, and fun while celebrating the traditions and values of the OA. During NOAC, participants can attend a wide variety of workshops focused on leadership, service, outdoor skills, lodge operations, conservation, and more. These programs help Arrowmen build skills they can bring back to their lodges, troops, and communities.

About NOAC:

NOAC is also packed with activities outside of the classroom. Participants can enjoy adventure programs, sports, STEM activities, conservation exhibits, outdoor challenges, patch trading, games, and interactive displays from lodges across the country. The conference also features large-scale events, live entertainment, arena shows, special guests, and opportunities to connect with thousands of Arrowmen from around the nation. NOAC 2027 will be hosted at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign. Delegates will stay in campus residence halls and participate in a variety of activities throughout the university campus, including training sessions, recreation, and evening events.

Tentative Travel Itinerary:

The Pa-Hin Lodge contingent will travel by van to Illinois, with a planned stop in Wisconsin Dells for a full day of waterpark activities along the way. Contingent members will meet in Fargo on Saturday, July 24 and travel to Illinois from July 24–26. NOAC will officially take place July 26–31 with the contingent returning to Fargo on Sunday, August 1.

Fees and Deadlines:

An earlybird rate of $1,400 is available for those who register by November 1, 2026. The regular cost to attend is $1,500 when submitting a registration after November 1. This fee includes NOAC registration, Wisconsin Dells hotel & waterpark fees, apparel, patches, all meals, and travel expenses. A $500 deposit is required to reserve your spot. Registration will be open from September 1 through December 15, 2026. Registrations submitted after December 15 may be subject to additional fees as NOAC increases its rates for late registrants beginning in January 2027. Any earlybird discount will be reflected in your final payment (unless requested otherwise).

There is currently no registration limit. However, the Lodge’s goal is to have enough adult leadership to meet NOAC requirements while allowing as many youth Arrowmen as possible to attend. In 2024, NOAC reached capacity around mid-January. If a similar situation occurs this time, our Lodge may be limited to the number of spots we initially reserve. For this reason, it is very important to register for NOAC early!

Additional spots may be available after the December 15 registration deadline, but availability cannot be guaranteed and late-registration price increases may apply.

Payment Schedule:

  • First Payment: $500 deposit due by December 15, 2026
  • Second Payment: $500 due by March 15, 2027
  • Final Payment: $500 due by June 15, 2027 ($400 if booked prior to November 1)
