Registration/Social at 6:00 PM • Races Begin at 6:30 PM

Please join us for an evening of food, fun, and fellowship as we invite local businesses to race their own pinewood derby cars! Prizes will be awarded for best in show!

There will be 3 separate races taking place:

• Stock Race (BSA Rules apply)
• Outlaw Race (No rules on height/weight/propulsion - standard wheels and body must be used)
• Big Rig Race 

LEVELS OF SPONSORSHIP:

Victory Lap Sponsor - $500

• Logo placement on track banner
• Half-page ad in event program
• Two (2) pinewood car kits and one (1) big rig kit

Stock Car Sponsor - $300

• Half-page ad in event program
• Two (2) pinewood car kits

Big Rig Sponsor - $300

• Half-page ad in event program
• 1 Big Rig Truck kit

Advertising Sponsor (non-racing) - $250

• Quarter-page ad in event program
• No pinewood car kits included

Spectator passes available at $15/person or $30/couple
