Join nearly 300 Arrowmen from across Section G11 for an unforgettable weekend of fun, food, and fellowship! This year’s Section Conclave will be hosted by Totanhan Nakaha Lodge and supported by former Ka'Niss Ma'Ingan Lodge members at the incredible Northern Tier High Adventure Base near Ely, MN.

In addition to unique outdoor experiences, the weekend will include top-tier trainings (Elangomat, Patch Design, OA Rep), the Astronomy Merit Badge (prerequisites coming soon), Escape Room, Canoe Tug-of-War, Canoe Relay, Rain Gutter Regatta, Trivia Competition, a St. Louis County Rescue Squad demonstration, trading posts from Northern Tier, G11, and host lodges, a branding station, and a silent auction. Those who choose to go the Canoe Trek or Service Corps opportunities will still be able to participate in all of these experiences.

Canoe Treks: For the first time ever, Section Conclave will feature day-long canoe treks into the legendary Boundary Waters Canoe Area. This is your chance to explore the wilderness by both land and water with the only section to hold its Conclave at a national high adventure base.

Service Corps: Be part of something new by joining the G11 Service Corps! Work alongside conservation experts, serve Northern Tier, and connect with fellow Arrowmen from across the section. Corps members will receive a special gift as thanks for their cheerful service.

Important Details:

• Parts A and B of the BSA Health Form are required for all participants. New for 2025, anyone who registers for conclave will receive an automated email from CampDocs. This is the online platform that Northern Tier uses (and requires) for events on their property. Participants will be expected to log in using the link sent to their email and complete all of the health information prior to the event.
• Those registering for the canoe trek must submit Part C of the Health Form on CampDocs and bring along a completed swim test form. Canoe trek registration closes on August 17. You may still register for the event after that date, but will not be eligible for the canoe trek.
• Participants will stay in cabins with beds and mattresses provided. Please bring your own bedding. Housing will be assigned by date of birth rather than lodge to encourage new connections across the section. Tent camping is optional.
