Each Troop participating must have one adult spend the night either indoor or outdoors Registration includes supper, breakfast and patch (if earned) Scouts not dressed for the weather conditions will be sent home. To earn the patch a scout must spend the evening (minimum 9pm-5am) outdoors in either a tent or structure the scout has built. There are no external heat sources to be used ie. Fire, lantern, or propane heater. And of course the temperature needs to drop below zero.
