Calling all those who will be Webelos and Arrow of Lights in October 2026!

This weekend is filled with fun events at our great Camp Albemarle (formerly Camp Sam Hatcher). Activity Pins and Scout Skills galore. Come interact with some Scouts from Scouting America’s Troops, Crews and Ships to get a feel for the adventure at a next level. We will offer a rotation style event, where the Webelos Patrols will travel to program areas and complete their Adventure. 

Cost: $20.00 per Webelos Scout and $16.00 per Webelos Leader/ Adult Partner

Cost: $16.00 for Troops, Crews, Ships Scouts/Scouters Assisting in running requirements/ activities/ events

 REGISTRATION:

Please register your Webelos and Adult Leaders, Troops, Crews, Ships and Scouters no later than October 14, 2026.  All registrations must be completed on BLACK PUG. (Patch order deadline to receive by event date) Late Registration is 25.00 per attendee. (14Oct-21 Oct) (Patches received after event)

This event is open for all Webelos and Scouts in East Carolina Council

 We are Planning to have adult leader specific training.

After the Campfire on Saturday Night Webelos bring your Halloween Costumes to Trick or Treat at the Troop/ Crew and Ships Campsites.
