The 2024 Cape Fear Council Pintwood Derby is a fellowship event for Scouting alumni and Scouting supporters.  Our goal is to gather, enjoy some fellowship and fun in a relaxed setting while celebrating our shared connections through Scouting.

Each participant will receive an official pinewood derby car kit with a set of race guidelines.  Build your dream car or dig your old one out of the closet and show up on race day ready to put your car to the test.

• Sunday, October 20th
• 2:00-5:00pm
• Waterman's Brewery (1610 Pavillion Pl, Wilmington, NC 28403)
• ***All participants must be above the age of 21 years old***

Your $20 registration fee includes the following:

1. An official BSA pinewood derby car kit. 
*Car kits will need to be picked up at the Cape Fear Council Service Center located at 110 Longstreet Dr, Wilmington (Mon-Fri 8:00am-5:00pm). If you require your car kit to be mailed please call Jonathan Widmark, Scout Executive at 910-395-1100 ext 111.

2. A commemorative 2024 Pintwood Derby pint glass

3. One complimentary beer from Waterman's brewery
