Cape Fear Council is excited to offer BSA Paddle Craft Safety Training at Camp Bowers this spring. Join us Saturday, May 31st from 8am-5pm for this in-depth class. Each participant will need the following:

• A copy of Aquatics Supervision, digital or printed, found here: https://filestore.scouting.org/filestore/Outdoor%20Program/Aquatics/pdf/Aquatics_34346.pdf
• Lunch, snacks and hydration.
• Current BSA physical.
• Appropriate swimwear, footwear, towel and change of clothing.
• Ability to pass a BSA Swimmer’s test the morning of the class. Pre-Camp checks will not be accepted.

Successful participants will demonstrate all physical skills and pass a written exam based upon the content presented in Aquatics Supervision and the course curriculum. This certification is valid for three years.
