Banquet Details:

• Doors open at 5:30 PM,

• Banquet starts at 6:00 PM

• Cost: $20.00 per person

$10.00 LATE FEE ENFORCED

For all registrations received after November 9th, and absolutely no registrations will be accepted after November 9th.

GOLD CARD MEMBERS

If you have a 2026 Gold card YOU STILL NEED TO REGISTER FOR THIS EVENT online as we must plan for food and materials.

2026 Gold Card Members will receive a coupon code to use for event registration.

Field Uniform (Class A) and OA Sash preferred, Business Dress acceptable

Who can attend:

The Lodge Banquet is open to all active youth and adult Order of the Arrow members (whose dues are current), their families and guests.

Registration is available online only. We regret that we are unable to accept any mailed, paper, or in person registrations.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
 

Refunds: All refund requests should be directed IN WRITING to Nayawin RaR Lodge,172 NC Hwy 581 S., Goldsboro, NC 27530. REFUNDS for Scouts not attending Lodge events will be given only if the unit or family notifies the Lodge Staff Advisorin writing at least 14 days prior to the event. You may email matthew.ghirarda@scouting.org. There will be no refund for cancellations within two weeks of events except for medical reasons. Refunds for cancellations due to medical reasons will require a doctor's note.
