Nayawin RaR Lodge Leadership Development

LLD (Lodge Leadership Development): Fundamental to the success of any lodge, LLD provides several training sessions to help all OA members become better leaders in their Lodge and their units. Topics include: Goal Setting, Communication, Service, Budgeting, Unit Elections, and more.

This training is open to all members of Nayawin RaR lodge. If you are considering running for an officer role or serving on a committee, you are encouraged to attend.

Registration Fees

• Cost is $20 to cover meals and materials
• *2026 Lodge dues of $20 must be paid to attend.*
• *All Adults must be current with their SYT *

WHEN DOES IT BEGIN?

• Arrival will begin Friday (11/13) and will last between 5 pm and 7 pm
• Classes will run from Friday evening through Sunday morning with the exception of Saturday evening for the Annual Lodge Banquet event.
• Plan on camping. Bring your own tent and gear.

• This event ends Sunday Morning.
• A BSA Medical Form parts A, B1, and B2 will be collected at check-in.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
 

Refunds: All refund requests should be directed IN WRITING to Nayawin RR Lodge,172 NC Hwy 581 S., Goldsboro, NC 27530. REFUNDS for Scouts not attending Lodge events will be given only if the unit or family notifies the Lodge Staff Advisorin writing at least 14 days prior to the event. You may email matthew.ghirarda@scouting.org. There will be no refund for cancellations within two weeks of events except for medical reasons. Refunds for cancellations due to medical reasons will require a doctor's note.
