Who? CUB SCOUT LEADERS, PARENTS, PACK COMMITTEE MEMBERS
Why? This day-and-a-half course will give you the information, training, and experience to lead a safe and fun camping trip for your Cub Scouts.
NOTE: Cub Scout Packs, Webelos dens and Arrow of Light dens / patrols, who camp overnight, must have a BALOO trained leader present. BALOO is recommended for all Cub Scout leaders who go camping with Cub Scouts.
Topics Covered include: Campout Planning, Health & Safety, Cooking Safety, Camping Equipment, Woods Tools, & Lots More
$35.00 — Includes meals (Friday cracker barrel, Saturday breakfast & lunch), snacks, course materials and an overnight camping experience.
Refunds through close of Registration
There is an on-line pre-requisite that must be completed prior to attending. Log onto my.scouting.org and navigate to the BSA Learning Center. The required BALOO training is under the “Expanded Learning” section. Please send the course director a message, when this has been completed.
