The district committee will be setting goals for the coming year, and confirming event dates through June, 2028. All district committee members are asked to attend. Unit leaders are invited as well - we'd love to have your input.

If you can make it in person, that would be great. For those who cannot, a Zoom link will be provided to all who register, a few days before the event.

Agenda:

8:00-8:30 - Fellowship, room setup, donuts, coffee, tea (Please bring your own mug, so we don’t have to wash the ones at the church)
8:15-8:30  - Logon for Zoom participants
8:30-10:30 - Planning Meeting

• Review 2024 goals
• Set 2025 goals for each team and for the committee in general
• Review / adjust / add calendar items, through June 2028

10:30-11:00 - Cleanup; we need to put the room back the way it was, when we got there.
