Trained leaders provide better programs for the young men and women they serve in their units.  The purpose of the Trainer's EDGE course is to provide and develop the platform skills of a trainer.  It is meant to supplement the practice offered trhough Wood Badge and NYLT (National Youth Leadership Training) staff development, with a focus on the participant, while raising the level of skill a trainer brings to the staff experience.  This course is inteded to "train the trainer" in behaviors and rsources while offering hands-on experiencein methods and media.

Registration cost includes course materials, morning coffee, donuts, & fruit, lunch
