Join us for a bike rodeo!

Lake Crabtree County Park on April 18th from 11am - 1pm.

This event is for all Cub Scouts of all ages and levels. We are partnering with the Wake County Public Health Safe Routes to School, Oaks and Spokes, and Wake County Parks and Rec for this fantastic event.

All scouts who attend will earn the bike adventure for their level.

There will be several stations focused on bike techniques, safety, and exploration.

If your scout has no bike experience, that is okay, there is staff on hand to teach them to ride a bike and with any luck they will be going by the end of the day.

Bikes will be provided by Oaks and Spokes for anyone who does not bring their own bike.

This is a great chance to connect with the community, have fun, and even bring a friend to get to know scouts.

BONUS There will be a helmet give away and snacks provided.

Please Note:  As a Cub level event, parents should remain their scouts, and must be present at the event.  If you have multiple scouts in one family, Lion and Tiger scouts should have a parent/guardian with them.  We are in need of having adult/troop level helpers at the stations and for set up.  If you have scouts wolf or above, that do not need constant parent supervision, consider signing up as an adult volunteer to assist with the activities.
