The District Annual Business meeting will replace the District Committee meeting this month.  The meeting will be held at:

Durham NC 27707

If you can make it in person, that would be great. For those who cannot, a Zoom link will be provided a few days before the event to all who register.

Please register so we can get a headcount and ensure we have enough space.

The District Annual Business Meeting agenda includes election of a new District Chair, Members at Large, and Officers for the upcoming year.  The meeting is open to all interested Scouters and all voting members of the district are invited and encouraged to attend.  Voting members of the district are:

• Chartered Organizing Representatives registered and currently representing chartered organizations within the district’s geographical boundaries.
• Registered District Members-at-Large duly elected at the last annual District Committee meeting or during the interim at a regularly, duly called District Committee meeting.
• Registered Council Member-at-Large residing in the district.
