Trained leaders provide better programs for the young men and women they serve in their units.  The purpose of the Craft of Training course is to provide and develop the platform skills of a trainer.  It is meant to supplement the practice offered trhough Wood Badge and NYLT (National Youth Leadership Training) staff development, with a focus on the participant, while raising the level of skill a trainer brings to the staff experience.  This course is intended to "Train the Trainer" in behaviors and rsources while offering hands-on experience in methods and media.

Schedule:

• 8:00 am - Registration and Opening Activity
• 8:30 am - Training Starts
• 12:00 pm - Lunch
• 4:30 pm - Training Ends

Registration cost includes course materials, morning coffee, donuts, & fruit, lunch.

Refunds may be made, through close of Registration.

NOTE: If the registration cost is prohibitive, please contact the council office for financial assistance.
