$4 from every ticket ($1 for Venue) and 100% of the concession (food) profits; plus all donations collected during the event will be evenly used for the participating Scouts.

Each Scout will receive a Scouting America Air Races Patch (shown above).

Movies will be Wednesday, September 10 through Friday, September 13 

Scouts will need to arrive by 5:00PM

Scouts will work the concessions and serve as greeters at the door and assist in collection of trash in the theater after the movie.

We will provide a simple meal (pizza or sandwiches) for Scouts after the movie begins.

We need to have 6-8 Scouts and 2-4 adults each night.  Scouts will be expected to be in uniform. Adults in uniform is preferred.  Cub Scouts must have a responsible adult present to support their participation. (Signing up for multiple nights allowed)
