Section G12S (W6E) Conclave

Come out and join in the fellowship for the first time since 2019!

Conclave will be held Friday, April 8th to Sunday, April 10th at Mountain View Christian Church in Alto, New Mexico.  Conclave will include loads of fun games, activities, trainings, and workshops! 

On-site check-in begins Friday evening at 6:30pm.

The first 20, First Year Arrowmen to register that have been in OA for less than one year (as of the date of Conclave) will receive a special conclave patch!  

Pirate Competitions among ye scallywags to include, but not limited to:

• Gaga ball
• Hoops
• Pirate Costume Contest

Auctioning of the Booty! will include pirate hammocks, patches, and other precious cargo. Those who bring cargo (auction items) may be able to receive a special patch dependent on value

Purchase new merchandise: section polo shirts, one of a kind pirate t-shirts and patches at the Trading post or reserve them during registration.

How to be a pirate activities include:

Exclusive pirate leadership training given by The Admiral (Chief) for the Gateway Region, Dirk Smelser who is sailing here on the high seas from Medford, Oregon, and Pirate trivia to expand your pirate knowledge and pirate language, Ya’harrrgh!

Trading Post:

1. Purchase trading post items during registration.
2. Limited quantities available.
3. The individual lodges (Gila, Kwahadi, and Yah-Tah-Hey-Si-Kess) will sell merchandise from their trading posts.
4. Individuals wanting to sell items must work with the trading post merchant (adviser), Dennis Howard at denbh1@msn.com prior to conclave.
