Section G13E Conclave

Attend Section Conclave and become a part of the Arrowman's League where Our Heros Wear Sashes!

Conclave will be held Friday, April 17th to Sunday, April 19th at the Philmont Training Center (PTC) in Cimarron, New Mexico. On-site check-in begins Friday evening at 7:00 pm.

Conclave will include a vast array of fun games, activities, presentations, and workshops! Superhero Competitions will include, but not limited to: Gaga Ball, Field Games, Try-outs to join the Arrowman's League, and other Heroic activities. We will have a Fellowship Lair where there will be snacks, board games and patch trading.

Prepare for the live auction with chilling deals that are too unbelievable to comprehend. Those who donate auction items may be able to receive a special patch, dependent on value.

Get excited for the Super celebration on Saturday night! We will start with an evening show filled with fun and audience participation After Section Elections we will have the After party with snacks, music, and more!

Conclave registration includes a welcome bag, a snack Friday night, 3 meals Saturday, 1 meal Sunday, the Super celebration Saturday night, a participant patch, a space to tent and lots of fellowship. Those tenting will be in the field behind the PTC East Tent City. All those attending need to bring their own tent and gear. There is an opportunity to upgrade to Philmont "Roofed (indoor) Housing" , a Deluxe tent or an economy Terrace Tent. The meals will make any Super Villain happy! All meals and food will be provided by the PTC kitchen in the dining hall. Meals are served cafeteria style with the addition of self-serve stations including a variety of beverages, salad bar, soup, breakfast add-ons, and/or an additional entree choice depending on the meal. We will need to know all special food accomodations by 4/12.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION:

First Year Youth Arrowmen: That have been in OA for less than one year (as of the date of this Conclave) will receive a special conclave patch and attend a lunch with the Section Superheroes and other dignitaries where they will share some of their knowledge of the powerts of the OA. You must be within the first 15 to register as a First Year Arrowman to receive the special patch.

Upgrade to Indoor Housing, Deluxe Tents, or Terrace Tents: Price of the Philmont rooms and tents are for the weekend. When choosing an upgrade, ONE person will pay for the room/tent. They can recruit roommates and make their own arrangements for sharing the cost. This is a great way to get a room on a budget. Married couples and families may share a room. Otherwise SYT (Safeguarding Youth Training) must be followed when having roommates. Philmont rooms will include sheets, bedding, pillows, and towels for your upgraded stay. Act fast, rooms are limited! Deluxe tents are large and will include furniture and electricity. Terrace tents will include two cots and an electrical plug; no bedding or linens. Purchase New Merchandise: One-of-a-kind conclave t-shirts and patches, Batarangs, customized nametags, bears, bucket hats, TH memorial fund patch, and more available onsite at the trading post or reserve selected items during registration. Not attending in person. You can still order selected items through the registration page. You must make arrangements for your order to be picked up by someone attending. Medical Forms: All attending must bring a completed Scouting America A/B medical form. This form must be signed within a year of the event and printed to be turned into the medical staff. Donate to the Officers Fund: Donations to the Officers Fund help to defray costs such as attending the Section Officer Seminar and National Planning Meeting, two events that Section Officers attend for the betterment of our Section, Lodges, and the National organization as a whole. Donations will also help defray the cost of a full dress uniform for the three Section Officers.
