Haunted Cubs in Camp

Cubs in Camp Event Begins SATURDAY – October 8, 2022
Cubs in Camp Program 9:00 A.M. – 3:00 P.M.
As the sun begins to set a little earlier and the leaves continue to fall across the land, Cub Scouts come together for a haunted good time at camp. Bring your Pack, your den or just your family out to camp for the day to enjoy the fall weather and have a fright or two on us….muwhahahah! (evil laugh)
At 9:00 A.M. activities at camp will include:
- fishing
- archery,
- haunted crafts,
- bottle rockets,
- outdoor games,
- a creepy crawly nature hike.
Lunch is on your own so pack a bagged lunch. Coffee, hot chocolate and bug juice outside the dining hall.
At 1:00 PM starting from the castle:
- a haunted costume parade kick off and
- head to our pumpkin patch where Scouts can pick out their own mini pumpkin to decorate.
During the parade, costumes will be judged for scariest, most creative, most Scout like and most colorful. After the parade Scouts can return to activities taking place across camp until the event closes at 3:00 P.M.
