The Greater Finger Lakes Council's Challenge Trophy Camporee will be held at:

J. Warren Cutler Scout Rservation, 7131 Gulick Road, Naples, NY 14512.

• Sep 30 - End of summer sale for patches
• Sep 30 - End of Regular registration fee
• Oct 7  -   Last day to register online
• Oct 14 - Pre-Checkin at Council Service Center - 6:00 -7:30 PM

Registration and Payment Overview:

REGISTRATION OVERVIEW

1. CTC - Summer Patch Sales
   • Pay before - Sep 30th, 11:59 PM ET
2. CTC Staff - Adult - Youth - Full Weekend & Saturday Only registration options
   • Youth Staff - register under 'CTC Full Weekend' with the unit you will be attending the Camporee with. Select 'CTC Youth Staff'. There is NO 'Saturday Only' staff option for youth.
   • Adult Staff - attending for the full weekend WITH A UNIT should register under 'CTC Full Weekend' with their unit
   • Adult Staff - attending for the full weekend WITHOUT A UNIT should register under 'CTC Staff Registration' and then select 'CTC STaff Full Weekend'. Lodging and meals are included with the registration fee.
   • Adult Staff - attending Saturday only, lunch is included with the registration fee. Select 'CTC Staff Registration' and then select 'Adult Staff -Saturday only' when you register.
3. CTC Full Weekend - Scouts BSA, Venturing, and AOL - Participants in the CTC Program/Events
   • Units camping the full weekend and participating in the program events/activities. Units assisting with subcamps should also register under 'CTC Full Weekend'.
   • AOL scouts should register with the Troop they will be camping with for the weekend.
4. CTC Day Pass - Scouts BSA, Venturing, and Cub Scouts (Plan where you'll meet your unit PRIOR to arrival at the CTC)
   • Scouts BSA and Venturing scouts - check-in at the Leo Lodge at 8:30 am
   • Cub Scouts will meet at the Carafice Pavillion at the end of the lower parking lot and will be shuttled up to the registration area. Shuttles will leave parking lot at 8:00 am and 8:30 am. Check-in at Leo Lodge after you are dropped off at the upper parking lot.

PAYMENT OVERVIEW

• Full Weekend participants:
  • Youth Fee: Early Bird - $40 if paid in full by Sep 15, 2026
  • Adult Fee:  Early Bird - $35 if paid in full by Sep 15, 2026
    • Registration Fee includes:
      • Admission to full weekend of CTC events
      • One large CTC Main patch
      • Two subcamp patches (one to keep / one to trade)
• Day Pass participants: (Plan where you'll meet your unit PRIOR to arrival at the CTC)
  • Youth Fee: Early Bird - $15 if paid in full by Sep 15, 2026
  • Adult Fee:  Early Bird - $10 if paid in full by Sep 15, 2026
    • Youth Registration Fee includes:
      • Admission to Saturday events
      • Day Pass Patch
      • Opportunity to earn additional patchs for event participation
  • Day Pass Cub Scouts:
    • Youth Fee: Early Bird - $15 if paid in full by Sep 15, 2026
    • Adult Fee:  Early Bird - $10 if paid in full by Sep 15, 2026
      • Youth Registration Fee includes:
        • Admission to Saturday Cub events
        • Day Pass Patch
        • Opportunity to earn a Morning Event Patch and Afternoon Event Patch for event participation
