The Seneca Waterways Challenge Trophy Camporee (CTC) is an annual, weekend camporee featuring 800+ activities, and is attended by 2000+ scouts and scouters from the US and Canada.  Each CTC features a large number of patches that can be earned, collected and traded - see the attachments (lower-right) for more info about CTC Patches. The Camporee will be held at J. Warren Cutler Scout Reservation, 7131 Gulick Road, Naples, NY 14512.

Register Early – Important Dates:

• Sep-30^th:        End of summer-sale for patches
• Sep-30^th:        End of early-bird pricing on registration
• Oct-16^th:          Last Day to Register Online and make payments
• Oct-10th:         End of regular pricing on registration
• Oct 25-27:  25^th Annual Challenge Trophy Camporee

Payment Option Overview

1. CTC - Summer Patch Sales
   • Pay before - Monday 09-30-2024 11:59 PM ET
   • Patch Sets mailed to US or Canadian mailing addresses
   • For 'picked up at camp' option, register as a participant, and add the patch set(s) to your registration.
2. CTC - Adult Staff (- Full Weekend & Saturday Only Signup Options)
   • Youth Staff Should register under option 4, (CTC-Full Weekend), and sign up with the unit they will be attending with.
   • Adult Staff that will be camping with a unit should also sign up with that unit under the CTC-Full Weekend option. 
   • If you Select this option, it is assumed that you will be camping in shared accomodations with other CTC staff

3. CTC - Day Pass (For Troops, Crews,  Arrow of Light Scouts & their families)

   • Saturday Oct 26^th ONLY.  

4. CTC - Full Weekend (For Scouts BSA, Venturing, and Arrow of Light Scouts ) - Participants in the CTC Program / Events
   • This is for all full weekend Attendees that are not adult staff. Any youth staff should register here under the registration of the unit they will be attending with. Likewise any AOL's camping overnight should register with the unit they will be attending with

Online registration additions and changes accepted through Oct 18th.  Last minute additions can be handled at CTC Registration.  A Scout is Courteous and Thrifty - walk-ins accepted, but pay less by telling us you are coming ahead of time.

Register for CTC

• Use the registration link (upper-right).
• You may continue to login to the council website and make payments toward your event participation through Oct 16^th. Payment may also be made by sending a check to the Scout Service Center as long as CTC, and the Scouts name and Unit are noted with the check.
• After October 18th, changes and payment adjustments will be handled at CTC Registration on a walk-in basis.
