2022 WEBELOS-REE

October 1st and 2nd 2022 (Friday and Saturday night camping are optional)

Camp Babcock-Hovey

The Webelosree is a once yearly event and 2022 will be our last at Camp Babcock-Hovey for Bear, Webelos, and Arrow of Light Webelos interested in a weekend of camping fun and Scouting Advancement Activities. This event is a great opportunity for Cubs to complete multiple adventure pin requirements or electives in preparation for crossing over to Scouts. 

Webelosree begins with check in at 8:00am Saturday and is a full day of program and activities ending with an awards ceremony at 5:00pm. Scouts will pitch their own tents and cook their own meals in true pack-in-pack-out style. The overnight campout is not required but is highly recommended.

Sunday is a continuation of program from 8:30am to 11:10am, ending with rocket launches at 11:20am, and an awards ceremony immediately following at 11:40pm. All units will be given time in their schedule to prepare meals, and those units camping overnight will be given time in their schedule to setup camp.

- Check in Saturday morning 8-9am, check out by noon Sunday

- Cost is $16 per Webelos and $12 per Parent/Guardian (includes campsite)

- Please register by September 26th on 247scouting.com 

- Visit http://www.2flowerspublishing.com/webelosree/ and see which pins are offered. THEN, list the top 5 pins your Cub / Pack want to earn in the BP registration and we will guarantee at least 3 of them!

- All site leaders staying overnight are required to be registered Scouters and complete YPT training. Parents are highly encouraged to complete YPT as well. Materials and net access will be made available during the event.
