This is an in-person merit badge session that meets at a studio in the Hungerford Building in downtown Rochester. PLEASE watch the signs in the parking lot, avoiding those that says No Parking as there is another business that is heavy on calling a towing company!
Required: Parents must remain in the session for the entire three hours for Two Deep and eveyone must wear a face mask. Scouts can wear class B as this is a hands-on workshop class.
Prerequisities: Hard copy Blue Card required which the Scout obtains from their Scoutmaster. Scoutmasters can obtain help with electronic blue cards by sending an email to VRmeritbadges@SenecaWaterways.org
Merit Badge sessions will meet twice for a 3 hour session on Thursdays from 2:00 - 5:00 pm. Sessions are limited to 2 Scouts!
Counselor has set this up as a once a month recurring merit badge offering for interested Scouts.
