CAMPSITE RESERVATIONS:

If reserving site Before October 2, 2020

Units can place a $100 site deposit with estimated attendance for the number of youth and adults attending.

Reserve sites between October 2, 2020 through February 28, 2021

Site deposits turn to a $10 per Scout deposit with a minimum of $200. Each Scout added to the reservation requires a $10 deposit payment, except for spots held for New Scouts in Spring. New Scouts in Spring should be used to provide a realistic estimate to hold space for new Scouts joining the troop in 2021.

CAMPER DEPOSITS:

On February 28, 2021, all units with estimated attendance must make a commitment on the number of Scouts attending camp. Units must also estimate the number of adults and New Scouts in Spring. Units are responsible for a $100 deposit per Scout reservation held after this date.

Early Bird Deposits are due May 1, 2021

Early Bird Payment in full is due June 15, 2021

Payments open for early bird for Scouts attending camp. On March 1, the system will require a total payment of $410 per Scout to add new Scouts. Any Scouts that want to attend for early bird prices must be paid in full by the March 18 deadline. 

Regular Rate for Scouts are applied June 15, 2021 through June 20, 2021

The regular registration fee of $445 per Scout is required during this time period to add new Scouts to your reservation. Scouts that missed the early bird deadline should be paid in full by the June 20, 2021 deadline to receive the regular registration rate. Any New Scout who joins a Troop/Crew in 2020 may register as "NEW SCOUT in SPRING" and receive the Early Bird Rate.

An additional fee is applied June 21, 2021 through start of camp

A late fee is applied to registrations for Scouts. not paid in full by the June 15 deadline for a total of $485 per Scout. Any New Scout who joins a Troop/Crew in 2021 may register as "NEW SCOUT in SPRING" and receive the Early Bird Rate.
