Camp Cutler Forestry/Lumberjack Weekend

The weekend of April 24^th Camp Cutler will host a Forestry/Lumberjack program on Saturday, April 25^th, from 9 AM – 3 PM.

• 9 AM-12 PM - UNIQUE DEMONSTRATIONS OF A MODERN COMPUTERIZED WOOD-MIZER SAWMILL IN OPERATION, AND AN ALASKAN STYLE SAW MILL. Scouts can participate in two-man log sawing, wood branding irons, Tomahawk throwing (Scouts and Venturers only), join in on an Invasive Species discussion and a Living with Bears Presentation.
• 1-3 PM - watch a Chain saw carving demonstration and work on your Forestry Merit Badge! As always camping and other activities are available.

While at camp you can participate in activities such as:

• Fishing
• Hiking
• GAGA ball

• Camping is on your own and is done from Friday night to Saturday or Saturday night to Sunday.
