2026 Order of the Arrow Summer Gathering

Presque Isle State Park and UPMC Park,

Erie Pennsylvania 

Event Details:

Join us for a day of fellowship at Presque Isle State Park, with Activities such as kayaking, canoeing, swimming, beach games, and hiking, then after attend the Erie Seawolves Game at UPMC Park and a campout (on the field) if you would like. (See details below)

Check-In: 

• Saturday Morning Between 9:00 - 10:00 AM

Check-Out:

• Saturday: From Presque Isle State Park Between 3:30 - 4:00 PM (Everyone Out by 4:00 PM)
• IF YOU ARE ATTENDING THE SEAWOLVES GAME MEET BACKUP AT 5:00 PM
• If attending the Seawolves game - Check out will be after the game if you are not camping. 
  • If you are Camping Checkout will be Sunday Morning

Cost For the Weekend:

• Presque Isle State Park - $25.00
   
• SEAWOVES GAME - Price Varies 

  • Just the game NO Campout - For only $13 per person, you receive:

    • Upper Box Seat game ticket

  • Game Plus Campout: For only $26 per person, you receive:

    • Upper Box Seat game ticket

    • Space to camp in the outfield

    • Movie on the video board

    • Limited edition patch (sent out after the event)

    • Sunday morning breakfast

PLEASE NOTE:

Everyone Attending will need the following forms.

• Annual Health & Medical Record - Only Parts A and B1 & B2 are needed as this event is less than 72 hours in duration. (Part B of the form only needs to signed by a Parent or Guardian. No physicians signature is required.)
• Event Permission & Emergency Contact Form 

YOU OR YOUR CHILD WILL NOT be able to attend without these SIGNED and COMPLETE documents.  These forms can be found on the right side of this page in the attachments section.

Your Scouting Member ID Number is required to attend any Lodge Event. 

• If you do not know your Scouting Member ID Number:
  • All Members -  You can get your Scouting Member ID number from your Unit Leader, Committee Chairperson, your Advancement Chairperson or your https://my.scouting.org/ account.
  • Members 13 and Older - You can also get your Scouting Member ID Number Via Your OA Membership Portal (https://portal.oa-scouting.org/)  Under "Update Your Profile - Basic Information - "Scouting Member ID".  A Walkthrough can be found here if you need more help. Don't Have your Membership Portal Setup yet visit https://www.ahcoa165.org/tech/member-portal to learn how.
     
• ALL ADULTS ATTENDING MUST BE REGISTERED ADULTS PER SCOUTING AMERICA POLICY AND HAVE COMPLETED SAFEGUARDING YOUTH TRAINING.
