The Lodge has planned a fun camping weekend out in Coudersport, Pennsylvania to get together and have some fun and relax.

We will be taking a tour of the Coudersport Ice Mine, and the Pennsylvania Lumber Museum on Saturday as well as other fun activities, like going for a swim at a Local Pool after lunch and for dinner we will be having a Taco Bar, and close out the evening with a game of putt-putt golf, and then on Sunday enjoy some of the fun activities Gary's Putter Golf & Jiffy Pup Restaurant has to offer.

Cost for the Weekend: $20.00

• The Lodge is paying for a round of Mini Golf and the Coudersport Ice Mine, Pennsylvania Lumber Museum.
• Please bring extra money for Lunch Sunday as we will be eating at Gary's Putter Golf & Jiffy Pup Restaurant and for anything else you would like to do when we there.

Check In: Friday Night between 6:00 and 6:30 PM

• PLEASE EAT DINNER BEFORE ARRIVAL

Check Out: Sunday Afternoon between 3:00 and 3:30 PM

• EVERYONE MUST BE PICKED UP BY 3:30 PM

Everyone Attending will need the following forms.

• Annual Health & Medical Record - Only Parts A and B1 & B2 are needed as this event is less than 72 hours in duration. (Part B of the form only needs to signed by a Parent or Guardian. No physicians signature is required.)
• Event Permission & Emergency Contact Form 

YOU OR YOUR CHILD WILL NOT be able to attend without these SIGNED and COMPLETE documents.  These forms can be found on the right side of this page in the attachments section.

Effective January 1st, 2020: Your Scouting Member ID Number is required to attend any Lodge Event.

• If you do not know your Scouting Member ID Number:
  • All Members -  You can get your Scouting Member ID number from your Unit Leader, Committee Chairperson, your Advancement Chairperson or your https://my.scouting.org/ account.
  • Members 13 and Older - You can also get your Scouting Member ID Number Via Your OA Membership Portal (https://portal.oa-scouting.org/)  Under "Update Your Profile - Basic Information - "Scouting Member ID".  A Walkthrough for the member portal can be found here if you need more help. Don't Have your Membership Portal Setup yet visit https://portal.ahcoa165.org/ to learn how.
