Join us for an unforgettable day at Allegany State Park on April 5th from 10am to 4:30pm! This is a fantastic opportunity to bond with fellow lodge members, embark on a scenic adventure, and work on a group service project for rank requirements. Plus, enjoy a delicious lunch provided by the lodge.

PLEASE NOTE:

Everyone Attending will need the following forms:

• Annual Health & Medical Record - Only Parts A and B1 & B2 are needed as this event is less than 72 hours in duration. (Part B of the form only needs to be signed by a Parent or Guardian. No physician's signature is required.)
• Event Permission & Emergency Contact Form
• Volunteer Service Agreement - NYS Parks, Recreation and Historic Preservation - Allegany Region 

YOU OR YOUR CHILD WILL NOT be able to attend without these SIGNED and COMPLETE documents.  These forms can be found on the right side of this page in the attachments section.

Effective January 1st, 2020:

• Your Scouting Member ID Number is required to attend any Lodge Event. If you do not know your Scouting Member ID Number, you can get your ID number from your Unit Leader, Committee Chairperson, or your Advancement Chairperson.

Effective September 1st, 2023: 

• ALL ADULTS ATTENDING MUST BE REGISTERED ADULTS PER Scouting America POLICY
