Order of the Arrow - 2027 National Order of the Arrow Conference (NOAC)

NOTE - This Registration is for Members of
Allegheny Highlands Council Only.
The 2027 National Order of the Arrow Conference (NOAC) will be held from Monday, July 26 to Saturday, July 31, 2027, at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
NOAC is the premier event of the Order of the Arrow, about 8,000+ Arrowmen from across the nation are expected to converge upon the campus of University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
This is a conference full of training cells, activities, and a multitude of brotherhood opportunities with Arrowmen from across the country.
Participants will return home with:
- A deeper understanding of the Scout Oath, Scout Law, Order of the Arrow Obligation, and what it means to "live" these words in one's daily life.
- A renewed spirit, pride, and enthusiasm for Scouting and the Order of the Arrow.
- Ideas that can be used to better serve Scouting at the Unit, District, and Council Levels.
- New programs, knowledge, and skills to improve Lodge operations.
- Enhanced leadership skills and a better understanding of how to carry out the work of the Lodge.
- New lasting friendships with fellow Arrowmen from throughout the Nation
- Memories that will last a lifetime.
Lodge Contingent Fee: $1200
The fee includes:
- National Conference Registration Fee - including five nights housing at The University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, five full days of program and training, meals, program and support materials, registration materials, insurance, admission to the evening shows.

Youth Scholarships:
Trailblazer Scholarship Program
The Trailblazer Scholarship Program helps ensure that financial need is not a barrier to attending the National Order of the Arrow Conference. Lodges are encouraged to remain the primary source of financial assistance for their delegates, with the Trailblazer Scholarship Program serving as a supplemental resource for youth participants who demonstrate financial need.
Applications for the 2027 Trailblazer Scholarship Program will be released by October 2026 and due no later than January 29, 2027. Scholarship recipients will be selected and notified in Spring 2027, with awards applied directly to their NOAERS registration accounts. Eligibility requirements for the Trailblazer Scholarship include:
- Applicants must be registered for NOAC 2027 within NOAERS as a youth delegate with a contingent or as a youth staff member by January 29, 2027.
- Submit a Trailblazer Scholarship application, complete with the signature of your contingent leader, by January 29, 2027.
- Be under the age of 21 through the last day of the conference, July 31, 2027.
Additional information, including eligibility requirements, application instructions, and key deadlines, will be published with the scholarship application. Scholarship awards will be applied directly to the recipient's NOAERS registration account. Additional information regarding the application of scholarship funds and council reimbursements will be included with the scholarship application.
Departure and Return Dates:
We will leave from a central location (TBD) and travel as a contingent to The University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign by TBA on July - TBA
We will depart the conference on (TBA), after Breakfast and are scheduled to arrive home July or August- TBA

YOU OR YOUR CHILD WILL NOT be able to attend without these SIGNED and COMPLETE documents. These forms can be found on the right side of this page in the attachments section.
Your Scouting Member ID Number is required to attend any Lodge Event.
- If you do not know your Scouting Member ID Number:
- All Members - You can get your Scouting Member ID number from your Unit Leader, Committee Chairperson, your Advancement Chairperson or your https://my.scouting.org/ account.
- Members 13 and Older - You can also get your Scouting Member ID Number Via Your OA Membership Portal (https://portal.oa-scouting.org/) Under "Update Your Profile - Basic Information - "Scouting Member ID". - ALL ADULTS ATTENDING MUST BE REGISTERED ADULTS PER SCOUTING AMERICA POLICY AND HAVE COMPLETED SAFEGUARDING YOUTH TRAINING.
