2025 OA Holiday Party & Officer Elections

Event Details:

Please join us for an overnight as we celebrate the Holidays with some Fun Activities & take care of some end-of-year Business.

Are you under 21 if so our 2026 Officer Elections will be taking place on Saturday.

Note: Letters of Intent must be submitted to the Lodge by December 1st at 5:00 PM

Cost For the Weekend: $40.00

• Please bring a Dish or Dessert to pass and a gift for the gift exchange

Check- In:

            Saturday Afternoon Between 12:00 - 12:30 PM (Please Eat Lunch Before Arrival)

Check- Out:

            Sunday Morning Between 9:30 and 10:00 AM

PLEASE NOTE:

Everyone Attending will need the following forms.

• Annual Health & Medical Record - Only Parts A and B1 & B2 are needed as this event is less than 72 hours in duration. (Part B of the form only needs to signed by a Parent or Guardian. No physicians signature is required.)
• Event Permission & Emergency Contact Form 

YOU OR YOUR CHILD WILL NOT be able to attend without these SIGNED and COMPLETE documents.  These forms can be found on the right side of this page in the attachments section.

Effective January 1st, 2020:

• Your Scouting Member ID Number is required to attend any Lodge Event. If you do not know your Scouting Member ID Number, you can get your ID number from your Unit Leader, Committee Chairperson, or your Advancement Chairperson.

Effective September 1st, 2023: 

• ALL ADULTS ATTENDING MUST BE REGISTERED ADULTS PER Scouting America POLICY
