A Section Conclave is the premier area OA event where Arrowmen gather for an unforgettable experience packed with adventure, fellowship, food and dynamic training from the experts. A unique weekend event of activities, competitions, training sessions, amazing shows, and great food! This years conclave will feature a Wild West themed event.

Registration Note:

You will need your BSA Member ID when registering. This can be found on my.scouting.org or Scoutbook Plus under your profile.

Due to limitations in cabin space, bringing your own tent is strongly encouraged.

Pricing:

• $55 per person until March 31st
• $65 per Person starting April 1st
• $75 per Person starting July 1st
• Day ONLY registartion $40

Shooting activities (rifle/archery):

You must be 12 years of age to participate in the rifle or shotgun activities.

All participants must bring a completed hold-harmless agreement to participate. These are part of the attachments and with the confirmation email.
