Webelos Woods is a two-part program that is designed to jump start your Webelos and Arrow of Light program. All sessions are held on Saturday, so you can join us for the day or tent camp with your Den/Pack for the weekend. Activities are taught by experienced Scouters from local Scouts BSA Troops.

Please note if your Pack is camping you will need to bring your own tents and campsites needs. Meals are on your own, but we will have pleanty of coffee in the dining hall for the adults.

WHEN: October 3-5, 2025

WHO: Webelos Scouts, AOL Scouts, registered leaders and parents are invited to attend. Registration will be limited to the first 200 Scouts and adults.

COST: $10/Scout, Leader or Parent
Registration fee includes patch & program materials. Participants are responsible for meals. A concession stand will be open with snack and drinks. Registration closes September 25.  

Friday, October 3rd
4:30 PM - Registration Opens in the new Trading Post (Please, no earlier!)
9:00 PM - Leader’s meeting in dining hall parking Lot for group breakdowns & other information.
11:30 PM - Quiet Time in Camp

Saturday, October 4th
7:00 AM - Rise & Shine
8:00 AM - Registration re-opens @ Trading Post for late arrivals & day campers
8:30 AM -Flags & Opening Ceremony
9:00 - 11:50 AM - Morning sessions
12:00 -1:20 PM - Lunch in campsites
1:30 - 4:20 PM - Afternoon sessions
7:00 PM - Scout Vespers service (Faulkner Pavilion)
7:30 to 8:30 PM - Flag Retirement Ceremony & Campfire Program
11:30 PM - Quiet Time in Camp

Sunday, October 5th
7:00 - 11:30 AM - Camp breakdown, site cleanup and departure for home.
