Gorton Induction (Service) Weekend

Induction into the Order of the Arrow begins with attending an Induction Weekend, where Ordeal candidates and active members camp together and cheerfully provide service to the camp. The Ordeal experience is truly unique and unlike anything else in Scouting.

Registration Options

Please register under one of the following categories:

Ordeal Candidate

For those being inducted into the Order of the Arrow

$60 Early Fee | $70 Late Fee

Includes:

OA annual membership dues, Food for the weekend, Ordeal sash, Brotherhood sash, OA Handbook, Lodge flap

Current Lodge Member

For dues-paid 2026 lodge members who wish to support the Ordeal weekend

$25 Early Fee | $40 Late Fee

Covers food for the weekend.

If you are eligible and wish to convert to Brotherhood, please select one of the OA Youth or OA Adult options during registration. You will have an opportunity in the registration process to indicate that you plan to convert.

Elangomat

For members serving as Elangomats during the event

$15 Early Fee | $30 Late Fee

Covers food for the weekend.
