The mission of the STRIVE Leadership Conference is to deliver a high-impact leadership training experience to every Arrowman in Section E15 by cultivating essential skills through engaging content, guided reflection, and experiential learning, all inspired by the core principles of the National Leadership Seminar.

Due to current challenges within the Section and after further discussion, the Section team made the decision to pursue an alternative method for its annual Section Leadership Conference, STRIVE. The team is aware that the understanding of STRIVE across the Section is limited. To resolve this issue, we have decided to disregard the in-person event on March 14th and, as an alternative, conduct a series of 4 Seminars via Zoom to further instill within our Arrowmen the values of STRIVE. As Section Officers, our goal is to equip every Arrowmen with the skills, perspective, and inspiration to be a resilient, innovative, visionary, and excellent leader. At the current state of the Section, this is the most effective way to pursue this commitment. These Seminars are open to all Arrowmen at no cost.
