OA Winter Fellowship and Annual Lodge Banquet Weekend!

Our weekend theme is

OA Range and Target Competitions 

The OA Winter Fellowship is a fun-filled, themed weekend for all Order of the Arrow lodge members! The weekend will feature activities, training sessions, competitions, and great food.

Range & Target Activities may include knife and tomahawk throwing, as well as rifle and shotgun competitions on the ranges.

Competition Registration Requirements

When registering, you must select which Range & Target competitions each participant plans to enter.
There is an additional fee for rifle and shotgun competitions to help cover the cost of supplies.

If you do not plan to compete, please select the Non-Participant option.

Be sure to select each individual discipline you wish to participate in — if you do not sign up for an activity, you will not be allowed to participate in that competition.

Age, Forms & Safety Briefing

Participants must be at least 12 years old to compete in either rifle or shotgun events.

A signed Great Falls Council Range & Target Activities permission slip is required.

All competitors must attend a mandatory safety briefing on Friday evening.

Failure to submit the permission slip and/or attend the safety briefing will result in disqualification with no refunds.

Event & Banquet Information

The Winter Fellowship and Annual Banquet will be held at Camp Gorton.

Full Weekend (Fellowship + Banquet):

$45 if paid by Friday, February 27, 2026

$60 if paid after 2/27/26
This fee includes lodging, program, and all meals for the weekend, including the banquet.

Banquet Only:

$30 if paid by Friday, February 27, 2026

$45 if paid after 2/27/26

Family and friends are welcome to attend the banquet portion of the weekend.

All registrations close on March 13, 2026 at 11:59 PM.
No walk-ins will be accepted!!!

This year we are excited to try something new by combining these events to increase participation—especially among our youth—and to streamline the number of lodge events held each year.
