Basics of Pistol Instructor

16th 5:00 PM to 8pm

17th 9am to 6pm

The Great Falls Council Shooting Sports Committee will be doing Basics of Pistol Shooting Instructor on May 16th and 17th, 2026, at Painted Post Field and Stream in the club house. 

Must possess a NYS Pistol Permit and have completed the NRA Basics of Pistol Shooting Course.

PARTICIPANTS PROVIDE

• Food and drink for themselves for the day
• Eye and Hearing Protection
• Firearm: 22lr is recommended
• Ammunition: 200 rounds

The NRA Basic Pistol Shooting Course instructor will cost $25 for a registered Scouter and $200 for a non-Scouter.
